Delivery Standards

1. If your order is received by 2pm on a weekday, we will endeavour to despatch your photos on the same day.
2. Orders received during the weekend or public holidays will be despatched on the Monday or next working day
3. We make every attempt to protect our orders from damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us, so that we can arrange replacement of the damaged photos.
4. If your photos go missing in the post, please wait 5 days before calling us. We will re-print your photos and send them again.
5. Our quality and service is guaranteed, if we cannot meet your expectations, we will refund your money.
6. The delivery options above, all include packaging costs of $1.60 including GST

1. Upper North Island addresses - 1 day
2. Lower North Island addresses - 2 days
3. South Island and rural addresses - 2/3 days

1. Packages should arrive by 10am at work addresses
2. Packages should arrive by 12pm at home addresses
3. Rural Addresses not on courier routes may not receive their photos the next day
4. Photos ordered on Friday will not be delivered until the next working day

Please allow 3 hours for same day delivery, orders placed after 2pm will automatically be delivered the following day ....
PLEASE NOTE: The following locations are not valid for same day delivery; Albany, Bayswater, Beachhaven, Belmont, Birkdale, Devonport, Drury, Glen Eden, Glendene, Green Bay, Greenhithe, Henderson, Hobsonville, Kelston, Long Bay, Manurewa, Massey, Murrays Bay, Oratia, Papakura, Ranui, Red Hill, Rothesay Bay, Swanson, Takanini, Te Atatu, Titirangi, Torbay, Wattle Downs, West Harbour, Weymouth
Orders requesting same day delivery to one of these locations, will be placed on next avalaible NZ Courier delivery, but will not be guaranteed to be same day delivery
